Анотація

The maintenance process for aircraft and aircraft components is influenced by many factors that affect the working environment and the actions of personnel. The article deals with programs and models of human factor management in the process of maintaining the airworthiness of aircraft. Special attention is paid to the issue of organizing jobs for engineering and technical personnel.
